The Program is available to applicants who have completed their Bachelor's degree, ideally within Science, Business or a relevant industry degree but you can register your resume to be contacted upon completion. About the Graduate Program You will be given Sales Training, Mentorship, and a group of entry level customers within a designated industry to start you on your career. You will be eligible for our performance based Bonus after 6 months and after 12 months a review for a vehicle allowance. About the role This role is balanced between hands-on visits with your customers and desk-based work. A typical day involves information gathering, creating proposals, price negotiation, customer visits and consulting with internal and external stakeholders.
