About the Opportunity We have a fantastic opportunity for an Appliance Technician to join our Asset & Facilities Maintenance team at our Coppabella Village located approximately two hours inland from Mackay, QLD. The main responsibilities of this role include carrying out the reactive, planned and preventative maintenance in Civeo Villages in a professional, technically sound, safe and timely manner. This position also comprises of the repair, upgrade and install of appliances and electrical infrastructure whilst complying with relevant legislation. What’s in it for you? About You To be successful, you will have: Electrical Licence – Open Electrical Licence Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence Current First Aid CPR/LVR Certificate The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain Documentation to prove working rights within Australia Demonstrated experience in similar work, preferably in the service industry/hospitality/high volume hotel services over multiple sites Demonstrated experience in commercial cooking equipment installation, repairs and maintenance and commercial appliance repairs and maintenance Refrigeration Licence desirable About Us Civeo is a global workforce accommodation specialist that helps people maintain healthy and productive lives while living and working away from home.
