Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. Maintain inventory and manage stock levels, ensuring efficient ordering and cost control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Requirements: Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end establishment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
