The Ship Inn, located in the heart of the historic East Sussex town of Rye, is a family-friendly pub and dining room with 11 individually designed hotel rooms. It's a popular hub for locals and visitors, known for serving locally sourced seasonal food. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service, we would love to welcome you to our team. As Chef de Partie you will support the Head Chef in the development and smooth running of the kitchen. You are very keen to ensure quality, consistency and presentation of our food. You are also someone who is starting to share their knowledge with more junior members of the team.
