Travelling Chef Job, Mayfair, West London A client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a full-time chef in Mayfair. Cooking for a couple and extended family (this could be up to four additional members) on occasions. No day is the same as the family's plans change often, you will be required to travel up to five months of the year, between two countryside residents and villas/ homes abroad. The family likes a wide variety of cuisines to be served family style, focusing on health and nutrition. Within the countryside residents there are two kitchen gardens. The chosen candidate will work closely with the gardens to create seasonal produce, and meals are to be based around the fresh produce that is grown. You will be required to provision for the household and keep on top of the stock rotation and pantry. For this role the candidate must have previous Private Household experience, drive, and have an Enhanced DBS. Five days per week, 6 days when traveling, with days given off in lieu One weekend off per month Salary £70,000 GPA Start: As soon as the right candidate is found Job number: 146188
