Infrastructure Manager Wiltshire (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) £80,000 - £90,000 The Role We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and modernise our infrastructure estate during a key period of transformation. This role is ideal for someone from a retail or hospitality background (or from an industry / business is large multi-site estates) with strong experience managing on-prem environments and leading cloud migrations, ideally to Microsoft Azure. You’ll be responsible for running a Microsoft-based infrastructure stack, manage third-party vendors, leading a small in-house team, and playing a key role in shifting the tech landscape from on-prem to cloud. Required experience Strong background in on-prem infrastructure management (for multi-site geographically diverse environments). Proven experience leading Azure migrations and Infrastructure transformations. Hands-on technical background with knowledge covering servers, networks, storage, and security. Confident managing Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Windows Server, etc.). Skilled in managing vendors and in-house teams. Able to operate strategically creating and delivering Technology strategy and roadmap. Desirable experience Experience within the hospitality or retail sector. Ability to get involved in technical Infrastructure architecture and design assurance. Previous experience building teams.
