BELIMITLESS" Job Description Elegant, French hotel with recently refurbished restaurant in Edinburgh is looking for a Sous Chef . The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be considered for promotion to Head Chef in 6 months. Benefits to work for us: Starting salary between £30.000 and £35.000 depends on experience Service charge paid monthly / generous bonus plan for HOD Free parking on site Free hotel stays and employee discounts in 5000 hotels worldwide What we expect: Multiple years of culinary school Solid experience in busy kitchen Strong leadership skills Be a team player Multiple years of experience as Sous Chef Solid experience in managing COS and payroll Experience in menu engineering, conference services and special nutrition dining service To be available working any day of the week Working full time Being organised and reliable Do as you say Very good attention to details Please note you will need to be available to attend on interviews in person in the hotel if you are selected. Qualifications For this position the hotel is unable to sponsor work authorisation.
