We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie at Boxed CPU. Location: EC1N 2HT Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 6:30/7:00-14:30/15:00 Rate of pay: £15.00 per hour Could you bring your passion and culinary skill to CH&CO? Here's what you need to know before applying: Your key responsibilities will include: Assist the Head Chef with the preparation and cooking of hot, cold, and bulk menu items according to production plans, ensuring consistency and high quality across all dishes Accurately portion, label, and pack food items-hot, cold, and salads (both simple and composite) ensuring they are delivery-ready and meet safety and quality standards Execute dishes based on the menu and production guidelines set by the Head Chef, including preparations for functions and special dietary requirements Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation in line with food safety and hygiene regulations, supporting smooth day-to-day CPU operations Work closely with the kitchen team and communicate clearly with the Head Chef and site leadership (reporting to you), providing updates on prep status, issues, and contributing to a positive team environment Working with us has its perks!
