What You'll Be Doing: Lead exciting poolside activities such as water aerobics, games, trivia, and themed events-making sure everyone is having a blast! Create an engaging and interactive atmosphere where guests of all ages feel included and excited to participate. Work with the team to plan, organize, and execute fun poolside events throughout the day (think pool volleyball, dance-offs, and poolside parties!). Greet guests and make them feel welcome, helping them learn about the day's scheduled activities. Ensure safety during activities, encouraging guests to have fun while following all pool rules. Coordinate with other resort teams (like food & beverage) to make sure the activities flow smoothly. Assist in setting up and breaking down activity areas, ensuring everything is in place and ready to go. What Makes You a Perfect Fit: Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable in front of a crowd-you can make everyone feel included. Previous experience in event planning, guest services, or a recreational role is a plus. You love being around water and have a passion for making pool time fun for everyone. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages. Flexible and adaptable-you can handle a variety of activities, both structured and spontaneous.
