Villatel Orlando Resort is looking for outgoing, attentive, and all-around awesome Pool Cabana Servers to join our hospitality team! If you're the type who loves delivering next-level guest service (with a side of sunshine), and can carry a tray like a pro while keeping the good vibes flowing-we want you in the cabana crew. This role is all about creating a VIP poolside experience -serving drinks, food, and top-tier service to guests lounging in luxury. You're not just a server, you're the reason they remember their stay. What You'll Be Doing: Serve food and beverages to cabana guests with speed, style, and a big smile. Personalize the experience-learn names, recommend menu items, and anticipate guest needs. Keep cabanas clean, stocked, and resort-ready throughout the day. Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Handle orders and payments efficiently, accurately, and always with a great attitude. Be a friendly, helpful presence for all pool guests, not just those in cabanas. What Makes You Shine: Previous serving experience (bonus if it's in a resort, beach club, or high-end pool setting). A passion for hospitality and making every guest feel like a VIP. Able to move quickly, stay cool in the heat, and handle multiple tables or cabanas at once. Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude. Comfortable with POS systems, taking orders, and managing tabs. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays (because the pool never sleeps).
