As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. You'll be helping schools and educational institutions find the right talent - and helping great people find jobs they love. This is a sales-focused role , so you'll need to be comfortable: Making outbound sales calls Building long-term client relationships Working to KPIs and hitting targets Attending client visits and meetings (both virtual and in-person) You'll receive full training and ongoing support - no prior recruitment experience needed. Who are we looking for? We're interested in graduates from any discipline who bring: A strong work ethic and the drive to succeed Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone A positive attitude and willingness to learn Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or any customer-facing role is a bonus. A background or interest in Education is also great - but not essential. Additional requirements: A full UK driving licence and access to a car - While you'll be based in our city centre office, you'll also be visiting clients across your region which could be outside city centres.
