The Restaurant: 100-cover branded grill restaurant Menu: Smoked meats, Cajun spices, and hearty sides Closed Mondays evenings-only weekdays (1 double shift per week) Growing group with 7 sites across London The Ideal Chef de Partie: 2 years in high-volume kitchens (branded or independent) Strong section skills (grill or salad experience preferred) Stable career history, UK-based Passion for bold flavours and teamwork Why Apply?
