What You'll Be Doing: Supporting the Head and Sous Chef with all things culinary Cooking from scratch with seasonal, quality ingredients Contributing to menus that go beyond pub grub Helping lead the team through busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner services Getting involved with private events and weddings-we love a party, but we do it properly ?What We're Looking For: 4 years of kitchen experience in a fresh food environment Someone who's as calm with a cracked hollandaise as they are with a cracked joke A natural team player with leadership potential Keen eye for detail, strong knife skills, and a love for food that tastes as good as it looks ?
