Work across larder, sauce, and pastry - pastry experience is highly desirable. Contribute to a seasonally changing menu and daily specials. Be a team player in a dynamic and passionate brigade of 7 Showcase your creativity by bringing new ideas to the menu. About You Experience in a 2AA Rosette (or higher) kitchen . Confident across all sections , including pastry. Passionate about fresh, local produce A team player with a strong work ethic. Would suit a cdp who who enjoys the coastal lifestyle.
