Relief Sous Winchester £18ph Invoice direct We are seeking a skilled and passionate Relief Sous chef to join a hidden gem of a pub in a country village a stones throw from Winchester .An affluent area this country inn offered good homecooked food creating menus with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients where possible. About the Role: Support and lead the kitchen team in the Head chefs absence,ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous or Head in a similar establishment Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual, with a passion for creating exceptional dishes What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate £18ph , Invoice direct Free Live in ( will need own transport due to accommodation location) Friendly and supportive working environment Opportunity to work in a beautiful countryside setting If you are available on the specified dates and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you!
