The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and works well in a team. *Key Responsibilities:* * Service & Hospitality: Set, serve, and clear meals, assist with packing, and handle personal errands. * Household Maintenance: Support housekeeping, oversee vendors, manage supplies, and maintain spare part inventories. * Property Oversight: Perform exterior cleaning, plant care, snow removal, and monitor mechanical systems. * Owner Support: Greet and assist upon arrival/departure, park and retrieve vehicles, and handle personal service requests. * General Upkeep: Conduct light bulb checks, A/V system inspections, and water treatment testing. *Requirements:* * Minimum 3 years of experience in a formal private residence. * Strong housekeeping skills, knowledge of fine surfaces, and meal service experience. * Leadership abilities and excellent communication. * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when the family is in residence. * Valid Driver’s License required. * Valid US Work Authorization.
