Position Overview We are seeking a forward-thinking Primary Care Pediatrician who values deep, long-term relationships with families, appreciates collaboration across disciplines, and is excited to shape a new model of care. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice in an integrated, supportive setting alongside a child psychologist, sleep consultant, parent coach, and nutritionist. You will have the time and resources to provide thoughtful, whole-child care — without RVU pressures or rushed visits. We are looking for someone who embraces innovation, collaborative care, and purposeful practice.
