Overview : We are seeking a Python Developer with 3-4 years of experience in FastAPI and Postgres DB to join the OpenG2P team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and a solid understanding of web development using the FastAPI framework. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services and APIs using FastAPI and Postgres DB. You will work closely with our team of developers and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Experience : 3-4 years of experience in FastAPI and Postgres DB Roles & Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and the FastAPI framework. - Design and implement database schemas, queries, and optimizations using Postgres DB. - Collaborate with other developers and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience. - Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and programming languages relevant to the role. Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience in Python development. - Experience with the FastAPI framework. - Solid understanding of SQL and Postgres DB, including query optimization and performance tuning. - Familiarity with web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience in writing test driven code. - Experience with Git. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional Requirements : - Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. - Development experience with Odoo ERP. Qualification : Bachelor's/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications : - Certified Python Developer (PCAP) (optional but preferred). - FastAPI Certification (optional but preferred).
