Overview : We are looking for a 3 to 4 years experienced Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and experience with the Odoo ERP system. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new features, customising existing modules, and providing technical support for our clients. You will work closely with our project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure that our clients' needs are met. Experience Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience with the Odoo ERP system. Roles & Responsibilities : - Design and develop new features and modules for the Odoo ERP system. - Customise existing modules to meet client requirements. - Provide technical support to clients and troubleshoot any issues. - Collaborate with other developers to ensure that code is maintainable, scalable, and well-documented. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to our development best practices. - Keep up-to-date with the latest Odoo releases and features. Skills : - Strong programming skills in Python. - Experience in developing Odoo modules and workflows. - Proficient in PostgreSQL or other RDBMS. - Familiarity with REST APIs, Flask or FastAPI frameworks. - Understanding of version control systems like Git. - Ability to write test-driven code and work in agile development teams. - Good communication and documentation skills. Additional Requirements : - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving mindset. - Flexibility to adapt to evolving client and project needs. - Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications : - Odoo Certification (Preferred). - Any relevant Python or ERP-based certifications are a plus.
