Daytime Chef Breakfast & Lunch Service (No Evenings) Location: Moira Hours:7:30 AM 3:30/4:00 PM, 5 days/week (weekend rotation, one weekend off every 4 weeks) Flexible Options:Part-time or alternate shift patterns can be discussed were happy to work with the right candidate. Salary: £14 per hour Job Overview: Are you a chef who loves the buzz of a busy kitchen but prefers daytime hours? We're looking for a passionate and skilled chef to lead our breakfast and lunch service in Moira. Enjoy a set schedule with early finishes and no evening shifts, in a positive, team-driven kitchen. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items to a consistently high standard. Always maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and internal policies. Manage time efficiently to meet service demands. Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar chef role. Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 5-day week.
