Villa Manager

Our client is seeking a hands-on, guest-focused Villa Manager to oversee and elevate the luxury experience at their stunning estate in Stellenbosch. You will be the heartbeat of the villa, ensuring every guest has a seamless, unforgettable stay, from beautifully prepared meals to top-tier service and memorable events. Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience: Welcome and host high-profile guests, ensure their needs are met, and manage their stay from arrival to departure. Events & Kitchen: Plan and coordinate events; manage kitchen operations; work with chefs; coordinate intimate dinners or special events. Administration & Budgets: Oversee inventory, track expenses, manage wine sales, and compile budgets. Team Management: Lead a small team of housekeepers, groundskeepers, and security staff, creating a culture of excellence. Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure the villa meets health and safety standards, schedule maintenance, and manage estate infrastructure. Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand during guest interactions.
