Our client, a leader in the science industry, is seeking a Tech 3, Scientific Operations to join their team. As a Tech 3, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting clinical and commercial product development. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Tech 3, Scientific Operations Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD Pay Range: $20/hour What's the Job? Responsible for manufacturing and assembling clinical and commercial products. Operate production equipment and ensure proper ingredient measurements for batches. Assist with in-process testing to ensure batches meet specifications. Validate processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues associated with scientific operations. What's Needed? High school diploma with technical certification in laboratory operations plus 3 years of laboratory experience, or an AS degree in a scientific discipline with 2-3 years of laboratory experience, or a BS degree in a scientific discipline with 1-2 years of laboratory experience. Ability to demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong time management skills. Ability to operate independently. Proficiency in English and MS Excel.
