Stand Up Forklift Operator

Move Raw materials, or stock, to and from storage or production areas utilizing forklift, pallet jacks or other machinery Inspects equipment before use and reports malfunctions, repairs needed or concerns. Maintain inventory of supplies. Rotate stock as required. Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information Read work orders to receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or equipment needs. Ensures that all equipment is in safe and operating status. Ensures that any issues are addressed and corrected in a timely manner. Complete paperwork as necessary and in a timely manner. Supervise and ensure that warehouse is cleaned on a regular basis including waste disposal as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor Requirements Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education. Must have experience operating stand up forklift Experience using an Inventory Scan gun and Warehouse Inventory System is preferred
