Requirements: 3 years of experience providing on-site technical support for laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, and other end-user devices (iOS) 1 year of experience solving technical issues for VIP users. Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Apple equipment and network device control tools. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure quick and effective problem resolution. Maintain detailed records of all support interactions and solutions Excellent english Skills (C1) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Attend to VIP users (CEOs, VPs, and others) by providing prompt and high-quality support. communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization. Handle high-pressure situations effectively and to resolve technical issues efficiently. Support laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, and other end-user devices. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Apple equipment and ensure optimal device performance. To utilize network device control tools such as Azure, Jamf, SCCM, and Active Directory to manage and troubleshoot systems. What’s in for you?
