Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets and events Manage, train, and motivate service and kitchen staff Ensure consistent delivery of 5-star service and cuisine Monitor and maintain hygiene, safety, and presentation standards Plan and implement menus with Executive Chef Control stock levels, procurement, and cost management Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations Requirements: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum 4-5 years of F&B management experience, in a luxury lodge or boutique hotel Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and bar service standards Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a bush environment Proficient in stock control and POS systems High attention to detail and commitment to excellence Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
