Senior Architect

Role Snapshot We’re seeking a seasoned architect (minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience) who is ready to take ownership of projects from concept through handover and is willing to relocate to our growing Siliguri studio. Key Responsibilities Lead design development for hospitality, residential, and institutional projects—concept sketches, 3D massing, detailed construction drawings, and on-site coordination. Direct client engagements: translate briefs into design narratives, present design iterations, and manage expectations through the project life-cycle. Drive technical excellence: coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure seamless integration and compliance with NBC, IS codes, and local bylaws. Mentor junior designers —review work, share best practices, and foster a collaborative studio culture. Oversee project delivery —prepare BOQs, tender documents, and value-engineering options; track timelines and budgets; conduct regular site visits for quality control.
