Lifestyle Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Lifestyle Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted point of contact for our premium clientele, managing their personal and professional needs while delivering exceptional service. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate client needs to create memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and service providers, ensuring seamless delivery of personalized services. • Manage clients' day-to-day requests, including travel arrangements, event planning, and reservations for restaurants, hotels, and experiences. • Coordinate and oversee lifestyle services such as wellness bookings, shopping assistance, and private event organization. • Proactively identify and recommend unique experiences, services, or solutions that add value to clients’ lives. • Maintain a detailed understanding of clients' preferences, schedules, and expectations to anticipate their needs. • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and vendors. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Requirements: • Proven experience in a similar role will be a good add on, such as a lifestyle manager, concierge, or personal assistant. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele. • Knowledge of high-end service providers, luxury brands, and travel destinations. • Ability to think creatively and solve problems efficiently. • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with varying hours. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus. • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
