Job Description
Travel Trade and Non-Travel Trade Sales: Oversee and drive both Travel Trade and Non-Travel Trade Sales efforts across all hotels. Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other relevant stakeholders. Develop and implement sales initiatives to increase market share, revenue, and profitability. Coordinate sales activities, including sales calls, client meetings, and presentations. Key Account Management: Identify key accounts and develop strategies to foster long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements. Sales Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets. Set clear sales objectives, establish performance metrics, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Identify training and development needs for the sales team and implement appropriate initiatives. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies. Collaborate with the corporate and regional sales teams to ensure consistency in sales practices and leverage synergies. Maintain strong relationships.
