Job Description

Travel Trade and Non-Travel Trade Sales:  Oversee and drive both Travel Trade and Non-Travel Trade Sales efforts across all hotels.  Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other relevant stakeholders.  Develop and implement sales initiatives to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.  Coordinate sales activities, including sales calls, client meetings, and presentations. Key Account Management:  Identify key accounts and develop strategies to foster long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.  Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.  Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements. Sales Team Leadership and Development:  Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.  Set clear sales objectives, establish performance metrics, and conduct regular performance evaluations.  Identify training and development needs for the sales team and implement appropriate initiatives. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:  Work closely with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.  Collaborate with the corporate and regional sales teams to ensure consistency in sales practices and leverage synergies.  Maintain strong relationships.
