QUALIFICATIONS WE VALUE: Over 24 months of experience in a sports/fashion retail environment, with at least 12 months in Assistant Store Management. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and advanced communication skills. Understanding of Visual Merchandising, training abilities, and team development. Ability to maintain store processes and handle interpersonal challenges professionally. Fluent in English, proficient in MS Office, and capable of monitoring performance data and KPIs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Foster a high-performance culture by leading by example and aligning with company values. Promote continuous learning and apply new skills on the shop floor. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, recruitment, training, HR, and compliance.
