Additionally, the hotel has two versatile function rooms. About the job Based at Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the IT Department, the IT Manager is responsible for supporting the hotel’s IT needs. The IT Manager reports to the Director of IT. As IT Manager, your responsibilities include: Managing daily IT needs and requests Assisting hotel guests with all IT issues Managing the hotel’s guest laptops and printers Ensuring all hotel guest room equipment is in working order and presentable Setting up IT needs for conferences and meetings upon request Assisting staff with day-to-day IT issues Proactively preventing IT issues before they occur We expect from you: Fluent in English and Italian Previous experience in luxury hotels Computer system training College education or equivalent highly preferred Problem-solving skills Our commitment to you Learning & Development: Your success is our success.
