Responsibilities Perform food preparations, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Complete all tasks according to the prep list from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. Prepare food daily in your assigned outlet and other kitchen areas. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes and operate dishwashing equipment. Assist kitchen staff in producing menu items to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability. Estimated Monthly Budget Projected income: $2,400 (Hourly wage: $15) Housing costs: $600/month Meals provided during working hours J1 Visa Program This traineeship is part of the J1 visa program for young professionals and recent graduates to gain work experience and cultural exchange. The total application fee is $1,870, including a $650 mandatory health insurance fee. The last payment of $1,450 is due upon visa approval.
