Founded in Milan in 2017 by Stefano Saturnino, Giovanni Arbellini, and Ilaria Puddu, the group has reinterpreted traditional Neapolitan pizza using high-quality regional ingredients, offering an authentic experience in welcoming environments rich in Neapolitan culture. Since 2020, Pizzium has expanded to include Crocca, a thin and crispy pizza reminiscent of the flavors of the 70s and 80s. Role Responsibilities We are seeking a Store Manager for our Pescara location. The ideal candidate will manage a team of approximately 6-7 people, overseeing all activities related to the store to ensure performance and service quality align with company directives. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Welcoming and assisting customers; Listening to suggestions and responding to customer complaints; Coordinating front-line staff, assigning responsibilities, and providing operational guidance to ensure all shifts and workstations are covered, replacing absences promptly; Implementing and verifying company procedures, providing staff training, and ensuring compliance; Proactively suggesting actions to improve service quality; Managing orders to ensure the store is well-stocked; Handling fiscal closures and related administrative tasks; Conducting inventories and entering data into the management system; Engaging in store operations to ensure efficiency, team engagement, and service quality. Candidate Requirements High school diploma or equivalent qualification (preferably hotel management or similar); Good knowledge of F&B processes; At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in structured companies; Experience abroad in the hospitality industry is a plus; Strong organizational, relational, and communication skills; Excellent problem-solving and stress management abilities; Teamwork orientation; Passion for the business and a sense of ownership; Ability to create an inclusive and positive environment respecting Pizzium's values; Goal-oriented mindset; Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
