Job Description

A great opportunity to join as a Hotel Manager at a Luxury 5-star hotel in Rome. The Hotel Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, optimizing revenue, and maintaining the hotel's reputation. They will also be responsible for staff management, training, performance, and implementing strategies to enhance guest experience and achieve profitability. Key Responsibilities: Guest Satisfaction: Oversee guest interactions, address complaints, and ensure a positive guest experience. Operational Management: Manage daily hotel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Revenue Optimization: Implement strategies to increase revenue, such as marketing, pricing, and special offers. Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations and contribute to a positive guest experience. Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability. Property Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the hotel property, ensuring it is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy. Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by implementing and maintaining security protocols.
