Job Description Lead a team of professionals in creating memorable events and experiences for our guests. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional to orchestrate and deliver exceptional service. Be instrumental in ensuring flawless execution and exceed expectations through creativity, planning, staffing, training, and communication. Oversee all banquet operations, including planning, staffing, and execution of events to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with sales, culinary, and event teams to coordinate logistics and ensure all event details are executed to client specifications. Manage and train banquet staff, fostering a high-performing team with strong attention to service standards and professionalism. Monitor event budgets and costs, ensuring profitability while maintaining exceptional quality and service. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized banquet environment. Minimum of two years' experience in a comparable role.
