Candidate Requirements: 4 years as Sous Chef in a 5-star establishment. Strong culinary knowledge and skills. HACCP and food safety conscious. Excellent time management and decision-making. Proven ability to train and mentor. Proficient in stock control and ordering. Creative with food styling aptitude. Strong communication and computer skills. Valid RSA Driver's License. Culinary qualification preferred. Verifiable costing and stock control experience. This is a Live-In Position.
