Job Description

🛠Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 4 support staff (reception, internal sales, front desk). Oversee internal sales processes including order management, pricing adjustments, stock updates, and returns. Maintain clear, timely communication with customers and internal teams. Manage admin functions: SOP development, reporting, stock return processing, and support for finance. Conduct internal meetings, track performance, and ensure compliance with procedures. Act as a key liaison between sales, production, and finance teams. ✠What Youll Bring: Matric diploma/degree in Administration, Business, or related field. 58 years experience in admin and sales co-ordination management. Proven team management skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable); ERP system experience preferred (SAP is a plus). Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and a confident communicator. A background in fast-paced, service-focused environments involving technical products is advantageous.
