Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our high-volume coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food & beverage, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards. Ensure efficient workflow and customer service throughout peak and off-peak hours. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Create staff schedules and manage labor costs. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering friendly, efficient, and personalized service. Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints with professionalism and care. Sales & Financials: Achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and monitor daily financial performance. Analyze sales trends and implement initiatives to drive revenue and profitability. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain documentation as required. Requirements: Essential: Proven experience as a Restaurant/Coffee Shop Manager (2 years in a similar role). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Solid understanding of financial and inventory management. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations. Desirable: Barista experience or coffee-specific knowledge. Hospitality or business management qualifications. Familiarity with POS systems and scheduling software.
