Location: Cape Town Requirements: Grade 12 National Diploma in Hospitality Management OR relevant C&G Diploma (NOT negotiable) In addition to the above, it would be an advantage also to have exposure to F&B (experience or studies) Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite 2 years of management experience in a similar position About: The career trajectory will begin within the realms of the front office and then transition to a focus on F&B.
