Job Details
Reputable Los Angeles Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified paralegal with preferably 7 plus years of experience to join our team. This position will be supporting our Business Financial Services practice areas and can also be based out of our Orange County Office.
The Senior Corporate Paralegal will work closely with, and under the direct supervision of a diverse group of attorneys. This position assists in the coordination of all phases of a company’s lifecycle (from formation to public company reporting) and transactions (from inception through closing)

Job Details
Reputable Los Angeles Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified paralegal with preferably 7 plus years of experience to join our team. This position will be supporting our Business Financial Services practice areas and can also be based out of our Orange County Office.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- ABA approved Paralegal certificate
- Prepare and file formation documents related to startups and emerging companies, merger subsidiaries and other business entities; prepare and file state qualifications; obtain EINs
- Experience with SEC filings, Section 16 reports, exchange market and OTC filings and Capital markets
- Draft and file UCC financing statements, amendments, continuations and terminations relating primarily to secured transactions, and conduct and analyze the results of lien searches.
- Support attorney teams in Equity Financing, Capital Markets, Private Equity and M&A transactions
- Excellent organizational skills, proofreading skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task with multiple deal teams and for multiple clients, concurrently.
- Corporate entity support and ability to manage and support transaction closings.
- Knowledge of Delaware and California state corporation laws and ability to research and summarize and make filings related to federal and state securities laws and regulations.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned projects through completion and meet delivery timelines established by the attorney teams.
- Excellent technical and research skills
- Clear and concise writing and communication skills
