Job Description
Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality, sales, or coordination (wedding industry experience is a plus!) A natural communicator with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills High level of attention to detail, time management, and organisational abilities Strong administrative skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays A valid drivers licence and own transport are essential Must be based in or willing to relocate to the KZN Midlands Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to wedding enquiries with warmth and professionalism Schedule and conduct site inspections and client consultations Guide couples through the booking process, ensuring a smooth and joyful experience Coordinate venue availability, contracts, payments, and client correspondence Collaborate with internal teams to maintain exceptional standards from enquiry to event day Keep records, update databases, and ensure seamless communication across departments Represent the brand at wedding showcases and industry networking events If youre passionate about people, love celebrations, and have a flair for coordination and communication, wed love to hear from you!
