Job Description
As the Financial Manager, your duties include the following: Oversee, manage, and report on all financial transactions and processes Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with legal and regulatory requirements Prepare and distribute financial reports to the Managing Director and Management Team Maintain all records with precision Manage and oversee company insurance, contracts, and legal agreements Monitor and control company investments, providing regular updates and insights Track and report on all bank accounts, including current, foreign currency, deposit accounts and incoming funds Perform reconciliations for designated foreign bank accounts Maintain and manage the Fixed Asset Register Ensure accuracy and compliance Oversee the company pension fund in collaboration with external fund administrators Monitor daily exchange rates and implement weekly system updates accordingly Authorize payments Handle all statutory compliance Manage monthly VAT calculations, submissions and SARS queries Prepare quarterly global reports and process financials for all subsidiaries Process payroll Additional duties as required by management Skills & Experience: 5-10 years of post-article experience Exposure to working on Navision would be beneficial Qualification: CA(SA) or CIMA designation Contact JENELLE COOKSON on
