Onto Fertility of Colorado is seeking an innovative and compassionate Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) physician to join our growing practice serving patients with compassion and care for over 20 years.Our mission is to provide high-quality, accessible fertility care to diverse communities throughout Colorado while maintaining a strong focus on evidence-based medicine and value-based care approaches. Primary Responsibilities Provide comprehensive fertility care and evaluation in a busy fertility practice, including evaluation and treatment of infertility and reproductive disorders, participate in patient education and counseling sessions. Perform advanced reproductive procedures including IVF, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and reproductive surgeries as needed Develop personalized treatment plans that balance clinical efficacy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including embryologists, nurses, and support staff as well as Onto Health’s corporate team nationally including educators, operators, marketers and technologists Participate in on-site clinician trainings to maintain clinical excellence and standardization of care Partner with Onto’s Medical Director and other REIs and providers across the country to spur improvements in quality of care and advice on innovation projects Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience Engage in practice growth and development through innovative approaches to care delivery Mentor and educate clinical staff, residents, and fellows (if applicable) Maintain detailed clinical documentation and participate in data collection for outcomes analysis Qualifications and Attributes Required Qualifications MD or DO degree with completion of ABOG or ACGME accredited REI fellowship training Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, or Board eligible and committed to achieving Board certification within two years Eligibility for medical licensure in Colorado and surrounding midwest states.
