We are currently recruiting Client Advisors for our new A|X Armani Exchange Store in Catania (Centro Sicilia). This position demands a high level of skill, ability, and dedication. As a Brand Ambassador, the Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by understanding clients' needs, fostering long-lasting relationships, and identifying sales opportunities. Utilizing extensive product and brand knowledge, they engage customers through storytelling and personalized style recommendations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Responsibilities : Maximize sales and profitability, aiming for top performance and customer satisfaction. Maintain high standards of store presentation, product care, and stock management. Collaborate with the team on daily operations and inventory activities. Stay curious and improve your skills through training and briefings. Descrizione profilo: Requirements Must have skills: 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the Fashion & Luxury industry; Higher education diploma or degree; Fluent knowledge of English; Passion for fashion, with an eye for trends; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to build authentic client relationships; Strong team player, collaborative, proactive, and positive attitude.
