Employer Description Three accommodation Sites in a Game Reserve in eSwatini Job Description Our client is seeking a Camp Manager to lead their premier safari lodge operations with precision, professionalism and personality. Key Responsibilities Oversee all lodge operations and departments: F&B, Reception, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Grounds and Guiding teams. Ensure smooth, guest-centric daily operations from check-in to check-out. Maintain and enforce high grooming, service and hygiene standards. Staff scheduling, leave management, training and performance appraisals. Stock management, purchasing, inventory control and budget adherence. Cash-up, banking, reporting, and handling finance queries. Manage VIP guests, handle complaints professionally and elevate guest experiences. Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire protocols. Qualifications Matric Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management (essential for work permit purposes) Drivers license essential Police clearance certificate Skills Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in lodge or camp management Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities Computer literacy in hospitality systems (e.g. CIMSO) Excellent guest relations and people management skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a remote, fast-paced environment Benefits Live-in Use of company car Cell phone allowance Medical
