Compensation: The pay for this position is $26.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is 1st Shift – 6:00AM to 2:30PM, every other weekend, rotating holidays, with a ½-hour unpaid lunch Responsibilities: Provide non-professional nursing care and assistance to geriatric or physically ill patients/residents Assist with daily care and rehabilitation of ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients Maintain resident quarters in hospital infirmary, long-term care, or domiciliary care unit Perform duties in accordance with established procedures and under the direction of RNs and/or physicians Participate in training and service programs to maintain nursing care expertise Encourage patient participation in rehabilitative and recreational activities Maintain documentation and follow assigned nursing care protocols Requirements: At least six (6) months as an Aide Trainee or one (1) year of paid experience in care/treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients Must be registered and certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health (for Long-Term Care Unit roles) Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Products Education: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting, call or text Jenise Nottage at 586-473-6098 or email resume and job title to jnottage@alinestaffing.com .
