Junior HR Generalist (VIE)

The resource will join the HR team based in Milan, providing support especially in the following activities: Reporting activities: update existing reports related to headcount, training hours/costs, employee presences/absences, ticket restaurant reports, etc. HR Database Management Administrative tasks related to Compensation and Benefits Administrative tasks related to Health and Safety Support the implementation of the training plan, including managing the training calendar and organizing in-person courses/webinars The VIE will actively participate in the HR department's activities, gaining exposure to all HR team functions. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., in Economics, Law, Human Sciences, Social Sciences, Philosophy, Psychology) Basic knowledge of employment/labor law Proficiency in Italian and English Excellent knowledge of MS Office Personal characteristics: humility, precision, proactivity, flexibility, confidentiality, good communication skills, team spirit PLEASE NOTE that proficiency in Italian is an essential requirement.
