With plans to serve delicious, high-quality food in a welcoming environment, they're looking for a passionate and creative leader to bring their vision to life in our kitchen. Role & Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the kitchen operations, from menu creation to day-to-day running of the kitchen. Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and high standards. Develop seasonal menus using locally sourced ingredients, ensuring food quality and presentation are top-notch. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen that complies with all health and safety regulations. Manage food ordering, stock control, and waste management to maximize profitability. Collaborate with the management team to create a unique food offering that will become a signature of the pub. Control kitchen costs, manage budgets, and ensure that food margins are met. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a pub or restaurant environment. Passionate about food with a creative approach to menu design and innovation. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a kitchen team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
