This vital Cost Controller role involves precise cost management, detailed inventory control, and strategic financial analysis within a dynamic, high-volume environment. Candidate Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management with a strong financial focus. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Cost Controller, ideally within a luxury hospitality, food & beverage, or retail sector. In-depth knowledge of inventory control, purchasing procedures, and cost analysis techniques. Proficiency in stock management software and accounting systems. Proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective controls. This is a live-out role.
