Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Basic mathematical literacy (ability to weigh and measure accurately) Ability to use different types of scales for weighing ingredients Understanding of cooking and baking processes Knowledge of food temperatures and handling procedures Ability to work methodically and follow instructions precisely Prior kitchen experience is required Key Responsibilities: Follow recipes accurately from start to finish, ensuring consistency and quality Weigh raw ingredients using various scale configurations (decimals) Understand and apply basic maths literacy for accurate measurements Execute fundamental cooking and baking processes efficiently Monitor and control cooking temperatures and food safety processes Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
