Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Real Estate Development Coordination of Development team with Sales and Marketing 2. Property Sales & Marketing Develop and execute sales strategies for residential, commercial, and serviced plots or units. Oversee pricing models, sales targets, customer journey, and post-sale service. Lead the development of marketing campaigns, show homes, and promotional events. Manage relationships with agents, brokers, institutional buyers, and individual investors. Direct and support sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to optimize marketing efforts. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with operational capabilities and guest experience. 3. Hospitality Identify new hospitality opportunities within the Estate. Manage and co-ordinate existing hospitality offerings. 4. Commercial Business Assist to identify commercial opportunities and business types suited for the estate. Assist the Retail Manager to attract and negotiate with prospective operators, franchisees, and anchor tenants. Develop frameworks for business licensing, space leasing, and operational Oversee ï¬t-out coordination and business launch timelines. Ongoing oversight on all operational businesss once set-up. 5. Golf Operations Supervise golf course operations, including maintenance, staffing, member services, tournaments, and retail operations. Ensure that golf facilities meet the highest standards of service, safety, and aesthetics. Innovate and implement programs to drive membership, player engagement, and ancillary revenue. 6. Financial Planning & Reporting Analyse development budgets, cash ï¬ow forecasts, and ROI. Drive sales revenue, commercial leasing income, and value-add opportunities. Provide regular reports to the board on development progress, sales performance, and commercial activities. 7. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead multidisciplinary teams including development, sales, legal, marketing, and foster strong collaboration between internal departments and external providers. Engage with residents, investors, government agencies, and community. 8. Risk Management & Compliance Monitor and mitigate development, ï¬nancial, legal, and reputational risk. Ensure all estate projects and commercial activities comply with relevant laws, environmental regulations, and planning guidelines. Qualiï¬cations & Experience: Tertiary or Business qualification is an advantage. 10 years of experience of operations , sales, and commercial leasing, preferably in mixed-use developments. Proven track record of driving property sales and successfully launching and operating commercial businesses. Proficient Golfer.
